Find Out the process Nick went through to get his Kutchenhaus Kitchen

I visited Kutchenhaus on Saturday 22nd October 2022 and met Rob Cash the owner.
After having a very detailed first visit of the show room, both my wife and I were impressed.Friday 4th November, we had a meeting with the designer Elliott. Elliot was so detailed he gave me so much confidence I was sold.The day after on Saturday 5th November we returned to the show room and changed the design to the larger Bora Hob.Wednesday 9th November, I transferred 50% of the total kitchen price to Kutchenhaus. This is how confident I was in that they were going to do a great job and I was not let down at all.Thursday 10th November Elliott sent me all the detail design drawings and images of what the new kitchen would look like. (The final result looks exactly as Elliott had drawn). My wife decided at this point that she wanted draws in the end cabinet. No problem for Elliott, all included. The additional charge was agreed and paid for.Tuesday 15 November Elliott did a site visit to check dimensions and layout – no changes, all good.
Monday 9th January 2023 the building work began. It included knocking down an internal load bearing wall and replacing the original dining room window with sliding patio doors.Thursday 12 January, I spoke to Jodi in the Bath office and agreed to stay my chosen date of Monday 27th March for James the kitchen fitter to start. I am pleased to say this date was never changed and everything was co-ordinated to suit.Tuesday 24 January Jodi called to see if I wanted to bring the kitchen install forward. We agreed to leave it as planned.Wednesday 15 March Bridget Hall from Kutchenhaus makes a visit to check all is for the delivery.Wednesday 22 March – Kitchen was delivered expertly by the two delivery drivers. They reported that there were some parts missing from the Bora Hob. I have no idea if they turned up or what as everything was so professionally done.Thursday 23 March - The room was ready 1 x week early and James asked if he could start. He started at 09:00 and worked solid till 19:00 – very impressed.Friday 24 March – James 09:00 to 19:15Saturday 25th March – James 09:00 to 18:00 – finished until worktops in place.Monday 3 April – Templater for worktops Nathan – what a great chap and job – 08:00 to 11:15Thursday 13 April – All as planned – Nathan & Seb carry the tops and put them in place. Seb fits then – beautiful job.08:00 to 10:30am Seb drilled a hole for me in the cabinet near the hob before he put the worktop in place – no trouble at all.Friday 14 April – James returns to install the hob and fits the tap 08:50 to 12:00I have stated the days and the times so it can be seen how efficient Kuthchenhaus is and what a credit to all the staff for doing such a great job. I wouldn’t bother looking at anyone else should I ever need a new Kitchen. Thank you so much to Rob Cash and his team.
